Refrigerator

At ABC Electronic shop !
You: Is this fridge good ?
Sales Person: It's great, it's Eco-friendly, Very Cold, Durable and we are having a promotion for it now.
You: Wow: I'll take it, do you take Visa? =)

I always wonder why most Sales Person are more focus on selling their product instead of educating customer.
It's like buying a Ferrari while you don't really know how to drive a car. What happens in the end?

Refrigerator manufacturer seldom do teach/ guide you how to use it properly. *They would you want you to abuse it and it would breakdown faster so you will buy another one from them ASAP
Therefore, read this page up and be an Owner!

How to stop abusing your refrigerator and making the most value out of it?

Here's 3 Good Reason why:
1) You can enjoy your Beer Freezing Cold *Unless you like warm beer!
2) You can save your electricity bill
3) Your Bacon/Dinosaur meat would survive longer *Before going into the dustbin

Here's a few mistakes most of us make *Thanks for not educating us!

1) Leaving the Refrigerator Door opened for too long
- Do not think about your life while searching inside the fridge *Do it in the shower instead!
- Think ahead of what do you want *Make up your mind, Life is about making Decision!
- The longer you open, the warmer it gets, the faster your items go Bye Bye *Oh yeah, your beer wont be chilled anymore

2) Keeping food hot/warm
- Leave the food outside till it reaches Room Temperature before storing *Patience is virtue
- However, do not let it cool outside for too long *I would suggest cooling it down a maximum of 2 hours, unless you want to risk thinking of your life in the toilet

3) Overloading the fridge
- Ever experience how hot and stuffy it is cramping together like Sardine Can*Malaysia Boleh
- Leave some distant between items to allow ventilation *Cool Faster

Here's a breakdown of a refrigerator
- Pay attention to (5)Tube Holder *It's all manufacturer dark secret!
- You should avoid putting perishable/ short shelf life product there *Milk, Cream, Opened Product
- Temperature increase quickly there because it's very exposed due to its design
- You should store them in (4)

Here's a good guideline
- The more perishable an item is , the lower you should keep it at
*Physic class: Cold air is denser than hot air

Summary
1) Do not leave the refrigerator open for too long
2) Do not put hot/warm food straight into the fridge
3) Do not overload the fridge

Blowing the Bubble Tea

Chatime, Sharetea, Gongcha, Ochado, Pasar malam!

Bubble tea shop are popping out like weeds feeding on crack !

In the past, it used to be let's go Starbucks !
Now it's more like let's go Cha Time !

Ever wonder what you are drinking?

Composition:
1) Liquid
- Tea, Artificial Flavoring, Artificial Coloring, Non Dairy Creamer
2) Filling
- Tapioca Pearl, Jelly, Etc
3) Sugar
-
White Sugar, Brown Sugar, Honey

For now I would just Empasize on the Liquid part, The rest will come later on
1) Artificial Flavoring

- Artificial Flavoring *Vanilla, Hazelnut, Fruit Based Flavoring

All flavors (like the apple you ate) are a combination of molecule.
Natural Vanilla consist of about 100 different molecules, a few of the molecule are the Alpha Male/Dominant Molecule *Just like Ip Man, 1 Vs 10, a key player/flavor

So to replicate the flavor of Vanilla , you would just need to duplicate mainly the Dominant Molecule and some of other less Dominant Molecule.
Orange Dominant Molecule = Octyl Acetate (CH3COOC8H17)*Cheat code for Godlike Mode
Banana Dominant Molecule =Isoamyl Acetate (CH3COOC5H11)*A more complex version of "Blacksheepwall"

Do you know there already is all sort of Artificial Flavoring? *Chicken Flavoring? They do exist!
I barely pass my Chemistry , so please refer to  The Science of Artificial Flavoring for more detail
*Warning, only read if you excel in Chemistry if not permanent brain damage could occur

2) Artificial Coloring

Here's a picture of a real Green Apple Juice & Green Apple Bubble Tea
- Which cup do you prefer?
- "We eat with our eyes first" So True

3) Non Dairy Creamer AKA CoffeeMate

Ingredient:
-
Partially hydrogenated fat,
-Sodium Caseinate
-Mono-and Digycerides
-Dipotasssium Phosphate
All I know is, it contains Trans Fat which will lead to Heart Attack.
Go ask Mr.G for more info about what these ingredient are.

Try this Experiment:
1) Find a test rat
- Somebody with Lactose Intolerance
- The more sensitive to Lactose, the better the outcome will be

2) Hunt for a Bubble Tea shop
- Order the most common Pearl Milk Tea
- Drink, Enjoy

3) Patience is Virtue
- Wait for 1-6 hours

4) Result
a) Nothing Happen
- unless The Test Rat is sensitive towards Pearls or Tea
b) Stomach Discomfort
- due to Lactose Intolerance
- This would not occur unless you order from the FRESH MILK TEA category

This Experiment is a solid proof that they do not use Real Milk in your drink, they use Non Dairy Creamer

Try Peeping into the secret room behind all of the Bubble Tea Shop
If you are lucky, you could see them mixing batches of Non Dairy Creamer with Water * I've seen it with my own eyes!

I hope you would be more aware of Artificial Coloring, Artificial Flavoring & Non Dairy Creamer now.

I personally would only order from THE FRESH MILK TEA category although I have Lactose Intolerance problem

Non Stick Pan

If you're a fan of AFC , you would be exposed to lots of unfiltered advertisement of A GREEN NON STICK PAN

Ever Consider These?
1. It costs a Bomb, but is it worthy to get one?
2. Do you have a clue on how to use or maintain it?
3. What you can do with it and can't do with it?

So just spend a few minutes reading this article and share this knowledge with your beloved one especially to your took for granted Beloved Mom who always cook for you.

It's defined as Cooking Pans Coated with a layer that prevent food from sticking to it during the cooking process, but it's not 100% Non Stick.

It's like a Girlfriend , you have to treat it with TLC (Tender,Loving,Care) and lots of patience.
If you do right, it will satisfy your desires for many years before parting a sorrowful farewell !

If you are hardworking, go search your kitchen for a Non Stick Pan.
If you're lazy, just sit in front of your Praying Altar and scream to your mom to search for you. *Ungrateful Child

Here's a few simple Tips of Keeping your Non Stick Pan at Top Notch:

1) Only use Wooden/Silicon Utensil to cook

- Do not use Metal Utensil *I always tempted to use the Metal Spoon next to me =)
- Do not Confuse between Silicon and Rubber Utensil *Do not use Rubber Utensil unless you are trying to poison your Nemesis

2) Do not use High Heat to cook
- Do not pre-heat Non Stick Pan for too long *The Telfon layer could breakdown into toxic
- Use only Medium Heat

3) Do Not Wash it Straight after using
- Let it cool to room temperature before washing *Go enjoy your meal and wash it afterward

 4) Do Not Wash it with a Metal/ Scrouging Scrub
- Only Use Sponge *Sponge Bob Square Pants to the rescue

Oh yeah, unless you are professional;
I would recommend just buying an average price Non Stick Pan (Rm30-50) rather than an expensive one (Rm150-200)
No Point investing so much , I would rather buy 4 Cheap ones than an expensive on.

Here's a joke from 9gag *if this ever happen, just soak in warm water
