Cake Meltdown

Here's a few trick to keep your cake at Best for various Occasion

1) STOP , If you just bought a cake, returning to home to eat it straight

- Traveling from the cake shop to your home would take a while, cake won't be cold
- Store in fridge for at least an hour to allowed it to become real cold again *Patience is virtue


2) FREEZE, If you are bringing a cake to your friend house to eat it straight
- Keep the cake in the Freezer an hour before leaving home
- Trust me, it's worth the effort

3) DRY ice to the rescue
 - If you are a real foodie, go buy dry ice *Like BasketRobbin



My Friends always ask me why is my cakes always Semi-Frozen

My Answer would be "By the time you are half way through the cake, it will still be perfectly cold" *Wouldn't you like your beer SUPER COLD?
