McDonald's will be giving out free Egg McMuffin on 19/11/2012 Monday to feed oil into your Monday Blues!
Imagine this,
6.30am - Wake up early to get free Egg McMuffin
7.00am - Leave House, Jam to McD
7.30am - Find Parking, Reach McD
7.45am - Wait in Line for 30minutes
8.15am - Your turn to Order

McD: Cashier: I'm sorry Sir, we are out of Egg McMuffin, how about Sausage Egg McMuffin?
You: But I woke up early, Jam all the way here, went 20 rounds to get a parking spot, waited in line for 30minutes !
You: Can't you just remove the Sausage from Egg McMuffin?
McD Cashier: No, we can't sir.


I hope it won't come true but who knows!
If it's true, Here's why McD will try to up sell you their burger patties!

- Soybean is most commonly used.*aka Soy Filler- Provide Meat-like Texture

- Same goes to your Ayamas Sausages & Deli Ham!

We were having a very honest conversation.

White Peppercorn
- Harvested when it's Ripen
- Outer husk removed *So it's White
- Less Spicy
- Suitable for Fish, White Sauces


Black Peppercorn
- Harvested when it's Red
- Dried and turn Black
- Very Strong & Pungent


Green Peppercorn
- Harvested when it's Green
- Usually Pickled in Brine
- Less pungent , Fruity Flavor


Pink Peppercorn
- It's not true Peppercorn
- It's an aromatic berries
- Sweet, Pepper Anise-like flavor
- Good for Seafood, Salmon & Sushi


Sze Chuan Pepper
- It's not true Peppercorn
- It's a reddish brown berry from prickly ash tree
- Fragrant lavender like aroma
- Very spicy
- If consumed too much, your tongue will go numb.


Never ever buy Ground Pepper/ Pepper Powder!
- Pepper must always be grind freshly
- It taste like Ash & Sawdust

How to grind it freshly?

Pepper Mills
- It cost less than Rm20 in Ikea *I have been using it for 4 years and it's still in good condition!

















Of Course, Hogwarts produce better magical pepper mill.

Pasta Festa



Nowadays you get to restaurant and decide what kind of Pasta to go with the Sauces.
However, some pasta doest match well with some sauces.

The Wrong Pasta for the Wrong Sauce is like using shampoo to Brush your Teeth!
Try Ordering 2 Plates of Carbonara ,Angel Hair and Fettuccine.

Let's breakdown pasta into 3 categories like above. (1-3 from top to bottom)
1) Angel, Spaghetti, Spaghetti, Linguine. Etc
- Dry, Runny type
- Aglio Olio, Pesto

2) Elbow, Bowtie, Spiral, Shell, Macaroni. Etc
- Sauces with Chunk of Mushroom, Meat, Tomato, Vegetables or Soups
- Meat Ragout , Chunky Tomato Sauce

3) Fettuccine, Pappardelle
- Thick Sauces
- Carbonara, Tomato Sauce


4) Pasta Bo*bs, P*nis?
